Momentum/tempo variations to rhythm….Definitely not me trying to dance, and i don’t like training videos with music that much, but music and movement are obviously closely linked. So the music playing is exactly what i was listening to whilst filming. To break the rhythm you have to be able to move with it…1/2 beats, 1/4 beats, 1/8 beats…all whilst being balanced. Move and shadow box to music…mind and body as one. And it just feels good. Don’t be afraid to make a fool of yourself, you’ll get it wrong as i did, but don’t break the movement, adapt and return to the rhythm. The different timings and beats within the music give you different opportunities to follow or break that pattern. All done with a Chinese boxing engine…not western boxing
