Thank you Erik
This series of SNT section one lesson really goes into some often forgotten detail, as well as giving some really nice drilling ideas.
This is a highly detailed course with a lot of fine details included for each part of the first section of the SNT form. I highly advise to take notes as there’s a lot of information to cover, but putting the effort in to learning the information taught in the videos has been hugely beneficial to my own personal understanding. Looking forward to learning the rest of the form. Highly recommend!
