CK 1st Section comes alive

As with Sifu Orr’s breakdown of the forms you are given guidance on the expression of the form. Having the understanding what the form represents aids bringing the to form to life and also the benefit of visualisation in form training when no partner is available.

Highly recommend this course to be taken multiple times. It has been helping to develop my foundations of wing chun.

Thank you
Highly detailed and well explained walkthrough to the complicated and nuanced CK form. In my opinion the most helpful aspects of these videos is in the explaining of fascia connections, how things should feel, and correct body weight distribution which really helps nail down the exact movements of the form rather than just trying to copy routines from a video.
The informations in this course will improve your Wing Chun engine to a higher level. Certainly for me, it has been a game changer. My understanding of body mechanics has improve by a lot. Thanks Sifu.
Thats great to hear Albert
