Pure Wing Chun

These updated content courses are, in my humble opinion, pure Wing Chun – simple, direct but with a depth of detail rarely seen that really makes a difference to applying the ideas and form motions in action

Very impactful course on chum kiu and just body mechanics in general, breathing and relaxation, focus and intent. I learned a tonne in this course, there are so many gems and it will be getting revisited.

I feel as if I’ve been doing wing chun like a robot for years. This really is a game changer.
This is a good course for quick referencing various drills that focus on CK applications. You will need a partner to make good use of the drills taught here – but the videos are concise and well described so it would not take long for both practitioners to get up to speed.
Thanks Paddy
