In this clip I talk  about dealing with Taller and Bigger opponents using CSL Wing Chun Body Structure Skills and some advance Chi Sao skills.
I show an insight into loading weight. Linking  structure. The timing of delinking.  As well as correct positioning and angles.
I show how to control a stronger opponent and explain the timing required to hold and correctly release the incoming pressure.
Also a key skill to higher level Chi Sao applications – Â working via the body control rather as single attacks. Â Taking control so the opponent can not react in time to your attack.
Plus much more! Enjoy
Great introduction on some basic linking and delinking with regards to structure. i like the floating and i agree 100% about the lack of forward momentum in alot of the Chi Sau you see on Utube etc. It looks more like Gor Sau to me
