The CSL approach to the dummy makes so much more sense than the other wing chun schools I’ve learned from. This was very helpful and very detailed.

Yes CSL Jong is explained very differently to other Wing Chun styles. I never understood the true power of the Jong until my teacher Robert Chu enlightened me.
Great in-depth guide to the base of all the movements and how they relate and are expressed from the forms. What I love is the live demonstration which allows to the learner to see the intention and the energy of the movements based on logic.
Thank you Gareth
