Alan Orr Sifu provides a solid introduction to a practice that can be found in many diverse martial arts.

Great introduction for a practice of great importance for all martial artists.
This was the first iron body training I’ve ever studied or seen at all, very interesting and helpful! Also, helped to demystify the bamboo bundle usage for opening channels. No doubt this training will come in handy.
