This course is a good accompaniment for everyone’s training. The course alone without martial training is packed with movements that will improve ones overall fitness and conditioning for individuals new to training and individuals with experience. This course combines the holistic with physical without need for equipment, with exception for the SNT internal development with rings.
I started practicing yoga years before wing chun so many of these movements are familiar and the variations were easy for me to adjust to. I can say that these exercises truly work, there are so many great lessons in these modules on proper conditioning and proper training movements. I can say confidently that these are just as important as the busy structure blueprints and the wing chun engine, as far as cultivating optimal body function goes.
