I started covering the grappling survival syllabus with my students recently and it’s been really great ?. Myself and my students now have a very clear roadmap of the principles to use with ground work and how it relates to our understanding of wing chun. One of my guys remarked that without this link it would seem very difficult to grasp how to approach and absorp the ideas and applications in grappling – I have to agree with him wholeheartedly – with this model all this seems to make a lot of sense and is very easy to absorp. Big thanks for this ?
I have over 35 years experience with judo (when there was much more groundwork) and can highly recommend this course as again Alan sifu clearly articulates his wealth of knowledge in this subject area.
This course covers some basic fundamentals on grappling and was very, very helpful for me. The pointers and principles in this course are essential to understanding wrestling & jujitsu.
That’s Great to hear. Thank You
