In this module we cover the big missing link. We bring all the core elements together to transform your SNT and Wing Chun.
The 6 Core Elements
The Physical body, Mind, Breathing, Qi, Force Flow and Momentum.
This is the foundation training for our SNT development.
The goal of SNT is to develop relaxed power, but our first stage is to understand your body structure and start opening and moving your Qi.
In this Foundation Level we work on all the key areas of development.

I’ve studied SNT in the past at a different school and believed what I was learning to be fairly comprehensive, but in reality there was a tremendous amount of detail missing from the core principles of the first form. I’m proud to be a student of Sifu Alan Orr’s Academy and have the opportunity to learn this invaluable knowledge.
“SNT is the most fundamental and yet the most advanced form in the system”, this course shows how to train through the form all the internal aspects of our Wing Chun Kuen, linking breath, body mechanics, mind attitude, and flow of energy.

Thank you Paul
I have had a 30 year on-off relationship with Wing Chun. On paper it always sounded great, but in practice it never lived up to the hype. Now I know why. What I was learning before was an incomplete product, like a car with no engine and no gearbox – it all looked as though it should work, but it didn’t. Here, now, you have Alan presenting in an easy to understand and follow way, not only the what, but also the how and why of Siu Lim Tao and, by extension, the whole of Wing Chun. Even in this first course on the first form there is years of study.
Thank Jon! Good to hear that from someone with your background.
