In this series of lessons Alan Orr Sifu breaks down and demonstrates the CSL pole form in a manner that is easy to follow and understand.
A simple, yet deep course on the fundamentals of the pole. I think that at some point in everyone’s childhood, they have played around with broom handles or branches and imagined mastering all those skills, during these courses I feel that kind excitement. This, among many other reasons, is what Kung fu does for me and why I love it, it is a realization of a dream to learn how to be the best version of myself. I can say I will be revisiting these courses again and again.
