    This course outlines a great way how the dummy can be gradually introduced into a practitioner’s training.

    Thank you for the course Alan. I found it very useful, and integrates well with my Escrima practice.

    I’m still trying to work out how best to put these drills into a practical daily program. In terms of time allocated to each drill, combinations etc. However, I’m sure it will all come together as I progress through the other modules in the wooden dummy course.

    Thoroughly enjoyable!
