Hi Guys
I clip to once again explain the difference between training and application.
A lot of people are taught a lie! They get told you don’t need to be conditioned as you have skill instead. That’s rubbish. The body needs to be strong and healthy. You mind is linked to your body so they must work together. They tell people MMA is not real. Well it is a sport but it s very real! If someone is coming at you then you need to know what you are learning with stand up under pressure. Skill under pressure is key. Also it does not mean you have to fight MMA or in sports. It just means you have to train that way. Again that doesn’t mean you train super hard as a fighter. Â A racing car driver is driving a a high performance level. When you drive to work you do not need to drive like that, but you are in a car driver. You using the same set of sets but just a toned down level. So do not be afraid to grow and work outside of your comfort zone. Just do it to the level that works for your age and level of skill. But do it!
So again we talk about punching angles, defence positions and where training helps your application.
Enjoy
