After many emails and questions about other videos concerning what is and is not Internal Wing Chun, I decided to make clear what I see from my experience.

In this series I expose Internal Wing Chun. I explain the correct balance of the art and also show the layers of depth within Wing Chun. This is the first in a series of videos to be released of an ongoing series.
