Jo’s MMA fight April 2018

Hi Guys

Jo had another Professional MMA fight last week. We didn’t get the win but we all had a blast training for the fight and enjoyed the learning process.

Big respect to Jo and thank you to all the guys that helped in all the different ways the Team does when one of own goes to war.

More fights coming up over the next few months. So its back to it as always!
