This is just a normal training session. Its not a demo, it is normal controlled live Chi Sao to Gor Sao sparring. The opponents are allowed to apply anything that they like.
This is just one round of sparring from our everyone class. It is a Chi Sao to sparring round.
I am controlling my  number of strikes and power as it is still a teaching / learning format.
My opponent Ben has only 6 months Chi Sao training and a year of CSL Wing Chun. He is also a purple belt in BJJ and an Iron Wolves MMA fighter. You can see he already has a very good functional application of his skills and a strong structural base. Ben is one of my top MMA fighters and my Team leader in New Zealand.
We are both just rolling and trying stuff out as that testing each others base and positional control skills

Ben is doing great indeed, i can see the jin running up his legs as he anticipates the forward momentum : )
This causes him to lead with a front snap or push kick and is what i consider good WC. i think its important to make sure the kick is on target and with power, so that it can lead into the next range as follows…
